Étude Academy of Music
At Étude Academy, we are reserving an agreed-upon, recurring lesson slot for each student every week and providing a highly skilled instructor in a professional studio setting. Because of this, we do NOT offer make-ups or re-scheduling opportunities for students who occupy a reserved, weekly time-slot, even with advance notice. If a permanent, long term schedule change is needed, we will facilitate that as the schedule allows. For our students to realize the full potential of their investment in lessons, attendance at lessons must be a priority and commitment.
In the event of inclement weather, here at Étude we do not necessarily follow the Sudbury Public School's closings, Additionally, some lessons are held on Saturdays! Therefore, an email will be sent out day-of to inform as to whether the studio will be open or closed. As always, please use your own discretion while venturing out into a storm. In the event of lesson cancellation due to a storm, a credit of $35 (per half-hour lesson) will be made to your account for next month.
In the unlikely event the instructor is unable to attend the scheduled lesson, an alternate instructor and qualified substitute will be provided for the lesson.
Here at Étude Academy, students may begin lessons at any time and are offered in two convenient scheduling options: Monthly or Schedule-As-YouG0. We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Check, PayPal and Venmo. Credit Card payments are accepted through PayPal and Venmo. Any fees related to Credit Card payments are the responsibility of the student.
Students are expected to commit to a weekly lesson slot and will be billed monthly at the end of the previous month. The Academy MUST be informed in writing one month prior to any discontinuation of lessons to avoid being charged for the next month's lessons,

*Lesson packages are nonrefundable and non transferable, with the exception of to an immediate family member. Packages expire one year from purchase.
